Guarantor Shall Grant No Security Interest. No Guarantor will sell, transfer, assign, negotiate, mortgage, charge, grant a Security Interest in or otherwise encumber or dispose of in any manner whatsoever its interest in the Subordinated Documents or the Subordinated Obligations, or any part thereof to any Person, unless such Person shall have first become bound by the obligations of the Guarantors set out in Article 3 of this Agreement.
