Common use of Guaranty; Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Guaranty; Guarantor. Any Guaranty ceases to be in full force and effect or any action is taken to discontinue or assert the invalidity or unenforceability of any Guaranty or any Guarantor fails to comply with any of the terms or provisions of any Guaranty, or any representation or warranty of any Guarantor therein is discovered to have been false in any material respect when made, or any Guarantor denies that it has any further liability under any Guaranty or gives notice to Lender to such effect.
