Common use of Guaranty Irrevocable Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Irrevocable. This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty of the payment of all Guaranteed Obligations now or hereafter existing and shall remain in full force and effect until this Guaranty is terminated pursuant to Section 17 hereof.

This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty guarantee of the payment in full and performance of all Guaranteed Obligations now or hereafter existing under the Credit Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until (a) payment in full of all Obligations and other amounts payable under this Guaranty is and the other Loan Documents and (b) all Commitments under the Credit Agreement shall have expired or been terminated pursuant to Section 17 hereofin accordance with the terms thereof (such date, the “Termination Date”).
