Common use of Guaranty Irrevocable Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Irrevocable. This Guaranty is a continuing guarantee of the payment of all Liabilities now or hereafter existing under the Facility Documents and shall remain in full force and effect until payment in full of all Liabilities and other amounts payable under this Guaranty (other than contingent obligations not due and payable and Letters of Credit that have been cash collateralized and/or backstopped by another letter of credit satisfactory to the Issuer thereof) and until the Facility Documents are no longer in effect.

Guaranty Irrevocable. This Guaranty is a continuing guarantee of the payment of all Liabilities Obligations now or hereafter existing under the Facility Documents Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until payment in full of all Liabilities Obligations and other amounts payable under this Guaranty (other than contingent obligations not due and payable until all Commitments of the Lenders to make Loans under the Facility Agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the terms thereof and Letters all of Credit that the Commitments under the Facility Agreement have been cash collateralized and/or backstopped by another letter of credit satisfactory to the Issuer thereof) terminated and until the Facility Documents are no longer in effect.
