Guest artists. This is remuneration for short-term work, normally 1-3 classes. Guest artists do not replace an instructor but work alongside the instructor to demonstrate specialized techniques, critique student work, lecture on personal experiences, etc. Guest artists will be remunerated at a flat rate of $50 per hour and will be paid by honorarium. Where the reputation of the guest artist warrants it, the Xxxx may approve a higher rate.
