Guest Baggage. Any baggage or other property of departed guests held by Seller may be left at the Hotel for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days following the Closing Date. After such period, all such baggage or property will, at the option of Seller, be removed by Seller or abandoned by Seller and Buyer shall dispose of such baggage in any manner deemed appropriate by Buyer. Seller hereby indemnifies Buyer against all claims, losses and liabilities in connection with the holding of such baggage or other property for such period and the disposal of same by Seller. Buyer hereby indemnifies Seller against all claims, losses and liabilities in connection with Buyer's disposal of such baggage.
