Baggage. For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.
Baggage. THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss or damage to checked baggage by the sole reason that the act causing the destruction, loss or damage occurred while the checked baggage was on board the aircraft or at any time under the custody of THE CARRIER. For unchecked baggage including personal items, THE CARRIER shall be liable if damage was caused by its fault or the fault of its employees or agents.
Baggage. THE CARRIER shall not be liable for damages resulting from the baggage’s inherent or hidden defects.
Baggage. For transportation of baggage, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to the sum of 1, 288 Special Drawing Rights per Passenger, unless a special declaration of value at the destination point has been made by the Passenger at the time the baggage is surrendered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable.
Baggage. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO FREE CARRIAGE OF ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS NECESSARY WHILE ON BOARD. HOWEVER, YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ANY REGULATIONS, TARIFFS, TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY AIRLINE OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER WHICH MAY INCLUDE A LOWER WEIGHT LIMIT FOR BAGGAGE. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PERISHABLE ITEMS, MEDICINES, VALUABLES, FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND THE LIKE, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT. ONLY SUCH PERSONAL WEARING APPAREL, EFFECTS AND GIFTS AS ARE NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE FOR THE VOYAGE MAY BE BROUGHT ON BOARD BY YOU. Any piece of baggage must be distinctly labeled with your name, Ship’s name, cabin number and sailing date. You are allowed without extra charge one (1) cubic meter (35.3 cubic feet) of baggage. Any baggage which you bring into your Cabin must be able to fit under the bed or in provided storage space within the Cabin.
Baggage. On the Closing Date, employees, agents or representatives of the Parties jointly shall make a written inventory of all baggage, boxes and similar items checked in or left in the care of any Starwood Entity at the Hotel, and Seller shall deliver to Purchaser the keys to any secured area which such baggage and other items are stored (and thereafter such baggage, boxes and other items inventoried shall be deemed the “Inventoried Baggage”). Purchaser shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller Indemnitees in accordance with ARTICLE XV from and against any Indemnification Loss incurred by any Seller Indemnitees with respect to any theft, loss or damage to any Inventoried Baggage from and after the time of such inventory, and any other baggage, boxes or similar items left in the care of Purchaser which was not inventoried by the Parties. Seller shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Purchaser Indemnitees in accordance with ARTICLE XV from and against any Indemnification Loss incurred by any Purchaser Indemnitees with respect to any theft, loss or damage to any Inventoried Baggage prior to the time of such inventory, and any other baggage, boxes or similar items left in the care of any Starwood Entity which was not inventoried by the Parties.
Baggage. 7.1 Items unacceptable as Baggage or to be carried inside Baggage: We reserve the right to refuse carriage of such Baggage or such items found in Baggage as follows:
7.1.1 items which are not properly packed in suitcases or other suitable containers in order to ensure safe carriage with ordinary care and handling;
7.1.2 items which are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on board the aircraft, such as those specified in the Dangerous Goods Regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and in our Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Contract. Carriage of prohibited items is deemed to be a criminal offence and shall be treated as such;
7.1.3 items which in our reasonable opinion are unsuitable for carriage by reason of their weight, shape, size or character;
7.1.4 fragile or perishable items;
7.1.5 live or dead animals;
7.1.6 human or animal remains;
7.1.7 fresh or frozen seafood or other meats. Such items may be carried on board as Unchecked Baggage and/or as Checked Baggage only if we are satisfied that they have been properly packed. Strictly only styrofoam and/or cooler boxes that contain dry food/non-perishables are allowed to be checked-in after inspection of contents by relevant authorities. Should Passengers refuse inspection, we have the right to reject admission of Baggage. No compensation will be offered for items that spoil as a result of temperature, or delayed delivery of luggage;

Baggage. A&K provides handling of baggage only as specified in the quotation. Weight restrictions for baggage on some routes on internal/domestic flights may apply; details of which will be provided with pre-tour documentation. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour and A&K assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage. Baggage insurance is strongly advised. Please check with your international carrier for other baggage restrictions applicable to your international flight.
Baggage. On the Closing Date representatives of Purchaser and Seller shall take an inventory of all baggage, valises and trunks checked or left in the care of Seller at the Property. From and after the Closing Date, Purchaser shall be responsible for all baggage listed in said inventory and Purchaser hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Seller harmless from any liability therefor. Seller shall remain liable for any negligence or malfeasance with respect to such baggage which occurred prior to the Closing Date as well as for claimed omissions from said inventory, and hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Purchaser harmless from any liability therefor.
