Common use of Guest House etc Clause in Contracts

Guest House etc. (iii) To display its signboard / boards, hoarding, neon signs in such a manner at such portion of the demised premises whether inside or outside or on the outer wall of the demised premises which the Lessee may in its absolute discretion think fit and the Lessor (s) shall have no objection thereto.
