Common use of GUEST RESTRICTIONS Clause in Contracts

GUEST RESTRICTIONS. Persons visiting Resident may not reside at the Premises for more than fourteen (14) days in aggregate during any twelve (12) month period, without the prior written consent of Management. At any time during the term of this Lease, or any renewal or extension thereof, Management, in Management’s sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to designate specific social guests and/or invitees of Resident or other occupants of the Premises who shall thereafter be prohibited from entering upon Management’s property, including both the Premises and the common areas within the apartment community.
