Guidelines and Regulations a. The Rental Locations may be reserved for use by any Renting Party by submitting a request to the City Clerk’s Office on forms to be provided by the City.
b. Unless permitted otherwise prior to an event start, all events shall end no later than 11:00 PM EST. Clean-up should be completed by 12:00 AM EST (midnight). (If the rental location is the Plaza at City Hall, the renting party must supply adequate lighting to ensure safety of participants following sundown.)
c. A completed application form and proper payment must be received 10 business days in advance of the event planned.
Guidelines and Regulations. Camper acknowledges receiving a copy of the Rules and Regulations which are attached to the Agreement, incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. It is Camper’s responsibility to read and follow the Rules and Regulations. SSC may reasonably revise the Rules and Regulations and, upon doing so, SSC shall deliver, personally or by regular U.S. Mail, a copy of the revised Rules and Regulations to Camper. Camping Family and all Guests shall abide by all Rules and Regulations, and failure to do so shall be considered a material breach of the Agreement. All dependent children must be accompanied by either the Primary Camper or Spouse.

b. The Rental Locations may be used between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Use of the Rental Locations outside of these regular business hours requires at least one City Facilities staff member or designee onsite. Cost associated with this service is $62 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Unless permitted otherwise prior to an event start, all events shall end no later than 11:00 PM EST. Guidelines and Regulations. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines specific to MAC and perform work under this agreement in accordance with the following to include all updates, revisions, or replacements:
3.1. Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Title 42 and Title 45;
3.2. 1903(w)(6)(A) of the Social Security Act;

I understand that I am agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Office of Housing and Residential Life, the Office of the ▇▇▇▇ of Students, the individual living units, and the University. I understand that copies of the ▇▇▇▇▇ State University Student Code of Conduct and the Community Living Guide, as modified from time to time, are available to me through the WSU website and are incorporated as part of this license agreement. The Community Living Guide is the Office of Housing and Residential Life’s official document that outlines the rules, regulations, and policies of living in University housing. Therefore, I understand and agree that the rules, regulations, policies, obligations and responsibilities imposed upon me by the Community Living Guide in effect at the time are binding and enforceable against me as an integral part of this license agreement. By signing this license agreement I agree that I have read the ▇▇▇▇▇ State University Student Code of Conduct and the Community Living Guide and that I will read them periodically throughout the Occupancy Period as the content may have been modified and I am responsible for abiding by the most current version of each.
Guidelines and Regulations. The Contractor agrees to comply with all State and Federal laws, rules and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, fair employment practices, environmental protection, equal opportunity, fair housing, and all other matters applicable and/or related to the HEAP program, the Contractor, its Subcontractors, and all eligible activities. Contractor shall also be responsible for obtaining any and all permits, licenses, and approvals required for performing any activities under this Agreement, including those necessary to perform design, construction, or operation and maintenance of the activities. Contractor shall be responsible for observing and complying with any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules or regulations affecting any such work, specifically those including, but not limited to, environmental protection, procurement, and safety laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. Contractor shall provide copies of permits and approvals to County and/or Agency upon request.
Guidelines and Regulations. 3.1. The Client shall ensure that it, and where appropriate the End Client and the Participants:
3.1.1. are familiar with any applicable laws and guidelines, codes of conduct or regulations that may be applicable to Liveminds and/or the Project; and
3.1.2. comply with the provisions of such applicable laws, codes of conduct or regulations.
