Upon Perception’s request, Otsuka shall promptly provide Perception with representative samples of any and all uses and materials bearing the Product Trademarks as well as sufficient information regarding the specific Products offered under the Product Trademarks to enable Perception to evaluate Otsuka’s and its Sublicensees’ use of the Product Trademarks and the quality of such Products and materials.
