Common use of H6 Recovery upon Termination Clause in Contracts

H6 Recovery upon Termination. H6.1 At the end of the Contract Period (howsoever arising) the Provider shall immediately deliver to the Authority or as directed upon request all Property (including materials, documents, information and access keys) used in the performance of its obligations under the Contract in its possession or under its control or in the possession or under the control of any permitted suppliers or Sub-contractors and in the event the Provider fails to do so, the Authority may recover possession thereof and the Provider grants a licence to the Authority or its appointed agents to enter (for the purposes of such recovery) any premises of the Provider or its permitted suppliers or Sub-contractors where any such items may be held.
