Common use of Habilitation Services Clause in Contracts

Habilitation Services. Except as required by law for treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders and Down syndrome, non-covered Habilitation Services include residential, institutional and home- based Habilitation Services, personal assistance/ attendant care services; errand services; transportation to and from training facilities unless provided by the training facility; family education and training, family support services; pre-vocational services designed to assist a Member in acquiring basic work skills; supportive employment habilitation; respite care camps; hotel respite, room and board; services that are purely educational in nature, and personal training or life coaching.
