Incarceration. Upon notification, an employee who must serve a period of incarceration as a result of a conviction arising from the operation or use of a motor vehicle, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay of up to six (6) months in order to serve the period of incarceration. Such period of leave will not be credited towards accumulation of service.
Incarceration. Executive’s incarceration for any reason. For purposes of this provision, incarceration means any confinement of Executive by any federal, state or local governmental agency which causes Executive to be unable to provide services for and on behalf of the Company at its principal place of business for the period of Executive’s confinement;

Incarceration. The Company will grant a leave of absence of up to ninety (90) days to any employee who is convicted of an offence arising out of the operation of a motor vehicle, on a one time basis only, or if the employee is held in custody pending disposition of any charges, provided the employee notifies the Company of the intended absence during the time periods set out in paragraphs 11.03(a)(iii) or (iv), whichever is appropriate. Requests for leave for incarceration or custody shall only be made pursuant to this sub-article. Nothing in this article shall prevent the Company from imposing discipline where appropriate.
Incarceration. An individual enrolled in MinnesotaCare will not be disenrolled if the individual is temporarily incarcerated in the period between eligibility redeterminations. The State cannot claim FFP for beneficiaries enrolled in the Demonstration during a period of incarceration, whether temporary or permanent. Incarceration includes any form of secure custody by law enforcement or corrections officials. Minnesota care eligibility shall not be renewed for an enrollee incarcerated at the time of his/her annual redetermination of program eligibility.
Incarceration. If an employee is incarcerated and later found not guilty, the employee will maintain their original seniority date for a period of one (1) year following their last day of work. If the Employer fills the employee’s position during their incarceration, the employee may not bump the employee who filled the position but will maintain seniority bidding rights for open positions as they become available in accordance with Article 14, Section 14.2(b). The employee is responsible for providing updated contact information to the Employer to ensure the Employer can contact them about open positions. No benefits will accrue while an employee is not working, however the employee will not be required to re-establish their initial eligibility for benefits once they return to work.
