Habilitative Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Outpatient habilitative physical, occupational and speech therapies are covered up to a combined maximum of 100 visits per Calendar Year for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders and Down syndrome, for a Member who was diagnosed at 8 years of age or younger as having a developmental disability; and who is under 18 years of age, or is 18 years of age or older and in high school.
