Half Booth one 4' draped table Two chairs and one waste basket Friday and Saturday night security service at entrances to exhibit hall (see page 6, #20) Two-line identification sign with booth number (aisles will also be numbered for easier location) – upgrade available Hall and booths are carpeted, but may purchase other type from convention services SENPA membership is included with booth purchase Free Floor Booth # Marker

  • Background included 9.1.1 In Attachment 1, the Parties have identified and agreed on the Background for the Project and have also, where relevant, informed each other that Access to specific Background is subject to legal restrictions or limits. Anything not identified in Attachment 1 shall not be the object of Access Right obligations regarding Background.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.
