HALL SET UP/BREAKDOWN. It is the Lessee’s responsibility to set up and take down the tables and chairs. No tables or chairs can be removed from any halls on the fairgrounds. NO staples, tacks, or other permanent reinforcements will be allowed on tables, chair, walls, stage, etc.
