Cost Breakdown. Prior to submitting Contractor’s first request for payment, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Project Manager and District a cost breakdown (schedule of values) showing the major work items for each trade or operation required in construction of the Project. The work items shall be sufficiently detailed to enable the Project Manager to accurately evaluate the completion percentages requested by the Contractor. The cost for each work item shall include overhead and profit. The total of all work item costs shall equal the amount of the Contract.

When the Modification is proposed, the Contractor shall furnish a complete breakdown of actual costs of both credits and extras, itemizing materials, labor, taxes, overhead and profit. Subcontract work shall be so indicated. All costs must be fully documented. The following limitations shall apply:

(a) Overhead and Profit for the Contractor. The Contractor's overhead and profit on the cost of subcontracts shall be a sum not exceeding ten percent (10%) of such costs. The Contractor's overhead and profit on the costs of work performed by the Contractor shall be a sum not exceeding fifteen percent (15%) of such costs. Overhead and profit shall not be applied to the cost of taxes and insurance by Contractor or Subcontractors or to credits. No processing or similar fees may be charged by the Contractor in connection with the Modification. “Overhead and profit” shall include all plant, equipment rental and repair, project management, field coordination, job site project supervision and indirect labor and materials.
Cost Breakdown. If the scope of work calls for more than one trade, please show the major work items for each trade or operation required in construction of the Project on a cost breakdown (schedule of values). The work items will be sufficiently detailed to enable the Project Manager to accurately evaluate the completion percentages requested by the Contractor. The cost for each work item shall include overhead and profit. The total of all work item costs shall equal the amount of the Contract.
Cost Breakdown. Within ten (10) days of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Architect and District a cost breakdown (schedule of values) showing the major work items for each trade or operation required in construction of the Project. The work items shall be sufficiently detailed to enable the Architect to accurately evaluate the completion percentages requested by the Contractor. The cost for each work item shall include the applicable percentage of the Contractor’s Fee. The total of all work item costs shall equal the Total Base Rent.
Cost Breakdown. (a) Bank shall make disbursements of the Loan based on a detailed breakdown in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (“cost breakdown”) of construction, financing and other development costs. The initial cost breakdown, prepared by Borrower and approved by Bank, is attached as Exhibit B.
(b) Borrower shall submit to Bank an updated cost breakdown on a monthly basis during the term of the Loan. Bank shall have the right to review and approve any revised cost breakdown, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The most recently approved cost breakdown supercedes all previously approved cost breakdowns, Bank shall make disbursements of the Loan based on the most recently approved cost breakdown.
(c) If Borrower shall request, except for line items in the cost breakdown relating to interest reserve, Bank shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the reallocation of undisbursed sums in any line item to other line items in the budget provided all of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:
(i) Borrower notifies Bank of the amount of the requested reallocation;
(ii) Such request shall be made no more frequently than once per month;
(iii) No Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing; and
(iv) On an aggregate basis, all undisbursed funds in the cost breakdown category for hard costs or soft costs must be sufficient to fully pay all amounts allocated to such category, as determined by Bank in its reasonable discretion.
Cost Breakdown. The service fee may be paid quarterly or annually dependant on Customer requirements, but all support options must be paid for in advance. The following are costs dependent on the number of individual application users. Once negotiated with the Customer, the non-applicable sections will be removed for the final version. Services will be reimbursed based upon the following breakdown. Cost Breakdown. The NTE total compensation of this Agreement consists of the following task fee breakdown. No services will be performed or fees paid by the District to the Consultant for Supplemental Services without prior written authorization by the District as stated in this Agreement.
Cost Breakdown. 9.1.1 Within 10 days after receipt of the Notice of Selection as the apparent lowest responsible Bidder, and with the Agreement, Contractor shall submit to Owner’s Representative a Cost Breakdown of the Contract Sum in the form contained in the Exhibits. The Cost Breakdown shall itemize as separate line items the cost of each Work Activity and all associated costs, including but not limited to warranties, as-built documents, overhead expenses, and the total allowance for profit. Insurance and bonds shall each be listed as separate line items. The total of all line items shall equal the Contract Sum. The Cost Breakdown, when approved by the Owner’s Representative, shall become the basis for determining the cost of Work performed for Contractor's Applications for Payment.

9.2.2 Information and Preparation of Schedule of Values
9.2.2.1 Break Down of Schedule of Values. Schedule of Values shall be broken down by Project, site, building, milestone, or other meaningful method to measure the level of Project Completion as determined by the Owner.
