Handicapped Workmen Clause Samples
The "Handicapped Workmen" clause establishes provisions for the employment and treatment of workers with disabilities within a contractual or workplace setting. Typically, this clause outlines the employer's obligations to provide reasonable accommodations, ensure non-discriminatory practices, and possibly comply with relevant legal standards regarding accessibility and equal opportunity. Its core practical function is to promote inclusivity and protect the rights of handicapped employees, ensuring they are not unfairly disadvantaged or excluded from employment opportunities.
