Handling of Mail and Complaints. Programmer shall promptly forward to Licensee any mail which it may receive from any agency of government or any correspondence from members of the public relating to the Station or to any of Programmer's programming broadcast on the Station. Licensee shall advise Programmer of any public or FCC complaint or inquiry concerning the programs provided by Programmer.
