Handling of Oil Spills and Hazardous Materials. In case of a spill of oil or hazardous materials on airport property, Parking Operator shall be responsible for completing a spill notification checklist, or equivalent form approved by the Director, and submitting it to the Director within 24 hours of the spill. Parking Operator shall be responsible for the cleanup of oil, grease, petroleum-based fluids, antifreeze, and other hazardous materials not specifically mentioned here in the Facilities assigned to Parking Operator. The procedures for dealing with hazardous materials shall adhere to environmental standards and be incorporated into the SOP.
