Handling of Programs Upon Termination. If a Program License granted under this Agreement terminates, End User shall (a) cease using the applicable Programs, documentation, and related Confidential Information and (b) certify to Distributor within thirty (30) days after termination that End User has destroyed, or has returned to Distributor, the Programs, documentation and related Confidential Information and all copies thereof. This requirement applies to copies in all forms, partial and complete, in all types of media and computer memory, and whether or not modified or merged into other materials.

This requirement applies to copies in all forms, partial and complete, in all types of media and computer memory, and whether or not modified or merged into other materials.
