HARASSMENT FREE WORKPLACE POLICY. POLICY: The National policy states: The Government will not tolerate harassment based on race, national origin, religion, age, mental or physical disability, color, sex, or any other non- merit factors. The Government strives for a harassment-free work environment where people treat one another with respect. Managers, supervisors, and all employees, as well as our Contractors, cooperators and volunteers have the primary responsibility for creating and sustaining this harassment-free environment (by example, by job supervision, by coaching, by training, by contract enforcement, and by other means). All employees, Contractor personnel, and visitors must take personal responsibility for maintaining conduct that is professional and supportive of this environment.
