Common use of Hardware and Software Clause in Contracts

Hardware and Software. a) ProQuest may supply software from time to time for use in connection with the Products. ProQuest may designate that certain hardware and software are capable of operating compatibly with the Products, but such designation means only that the hardware or software appears to meet the necessary requirements of the Products.
