RENTAL TERMS With respect to the terms of the rental:
RENTAL TERM The initial term of this Lease shall be for the period defined as the Rental Term in Section 1.01(K), plus the partial calendar month, if any, occurring after the Rental Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) if the Rental Commencement Date occurs other than on the first day of a calendar month. "Lease Year" shall include twelve (12) calendar months, except that first Lease Year will also include any partial calendar month beginning on the Rental Commencement Date.
Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
Basic Rent The periodic rent payable for the Aircraft throughout the Basic Term pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Lease, adjusted pursuant to Article 3 of the Lease. Basic Term. The period commencing at the beginning of the day on the Delivery Date and ending at the end of the day on July 15, 2023, or such earlier date on which the Lease shall be terminated as provided therein.
Renewal Terms Immediately following the Initial Term this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods (a “Renewal Term”).
Supplemental Terms Certain of our Services are subject to additional terms and you agree to be bound by those additional terms to the extent you access such Services, a l of which sha l form a part of this XXXX with respect to those Services. If the supplemental terms applicable to a particular Service conflict with this XXXX, the supplemental terms sha l control in the event of any conflict with this XXXX.
Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.
Extended Terms The Term of this Agreement may be extended by the Manager if the Resident applies in writing for an “Extension” in accordance with the Managers published policies about Term Extensions. Extensions are subject to availability. Priority will be given to Residents travelling from great distances, who demonstrate a special need, or who are enrolled in orientation or academic programs that begin early or continue beyond the Residence Term. Extensions may also be granted for any ‘Early Move-In’, ‘Late Move-Out’ or ‘Summer Residence’ programs offered by the Manager. Residents granted Extensions are subject to the fees detailed in Table 3. Any Resident found occupying a Room outside of the Term without approval from the Manager are subject to additional fees over and above those detailed in Table 3. CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.
