WFS is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of text messages received by Customer employees regardless of whether or not such employees authorize the use of the text messaging service. WFS shall not be responsible for the content of any text messages sent to Customer employees. Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless WFS against all employee claims resulting from Xxxxxxxx’s use of the text messaging service.
