HARDWARE SECURITY MEASURES. 4.1 Bitrix24 IT Systems are located in rooms which are securely locked (with authorised Users being granted access by means of a smart card). 4.2 All IT Systems not intended for normal use by Users (including, but not limited to, servers, networking equipment, and network infrastructure) are located in secured, climate-controlled rooms in locked cabinets which may be accessed only by designated members of the IT Department. 4.3 All mobile devices (including, but not limited to, laptops, tablets, and smartphones) provided by the Company are always transported securely and handled with care.
