Hazard Removal and Mitigation. a. For airport hazards located on airport controlled property, the Agency shall clear and protect terminal airspace required for instrument and visual operations at the airport (including established minimum flight altitudes) by removing, lowering, relocating, marking, or lighting or otherwise mitigating existing airport hazards and by preventing the establishment or creation of future airport hazards.
