Hazardous Materials and Mold. Sublessee agrees to and is obligated to Sublessor to comply with all provisions of Section 28 of the Master Lease with regard to Hazardous Materials and Mold to the same extent and in the same manner that Sublessor is obligated to Master Lessor.

Hazardous Materials and Mold.
