Common use of Hazardous Materials and Mold Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Materials and Mold. Sublessee agrees to and is obligated to Sublessor to comply with all provisions of Section 28 of the Master Lease with regard to Hazardous Materials and Mold to the same extent and in the same manner that Sublessor is obligated to Master Lessor. Sublessee shall comply with the law, and shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord Parties and Tenant Parties harmless to the same extent and in the same manner as Sublessor does hold Landlord Parties harmless pursuant to Section 28.2.3

Sublessee shall comply with the law, and shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord Parties and Tenant Parties harmless to the same extent and in the same manner as Sublessor does hold Landlord Parties harmless pursuant to Section 28.2.3.
