Common use of HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS Clause in Contracts

HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS. The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering (a) all currently owned real estate and (b), as requested by the Administrative Agent, all other real property in respect of which CML, any of the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.

HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS. The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering (a) all currently owned real estate and (b), as requested by the Administrative Agent, all other real property in respect of which CML, any of the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous SubstancesEligible Real Estate Assets.

The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and or other documentation in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering (a) all currently owned real estate Mortgaged Property and (b), as requested by the Administrative Agent, all other real property in respect of which CML, any of the Borrowers TransTechnology or any of their its Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.

The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering (a) all currently owned real estate Real Estate and (b), as requested by the Administrative Agent, all other real property in respect of which CMLthe Parent, any of the Borrowers Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.

The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental reports and hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and evidence of compliance with environmental laws, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering (a) all currently owned real estate Real Property and (b), as requested by the Administrative Agent, all other real property in respect of which CML, any of the Borrowers Parent or any of their its Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.
