Common use of HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS Clause in Contracts

HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS. The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering all Real Estate and all other real property in respect of which any Credit Party may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.

HAZARDOUS WASTE ASSESSMENTS. The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, covering all Real Estate and all other real property in respect of which any Credit Party Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous Substances.

The Administrative Agent shall have received hazardous waste site assessments from environmental engineers and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and consistent with its policies and standards from environmental engineers satisfactory to the Agent, covering all of the Real Estate and all other real property in respect of which any Credit Party may have material liability, whether contingent or otherwise, for dumping or disposal of Hazardous SubstancesProperty.
