Hazardous Work. When an employee covered by this Agreement is working in close proximity and is exposed to the same hazard with the same degree of risk to which another employee covered by this Agreement or the Basic Agreement is exposed who has negotiated a hazardous pay adjustment, the first employee referred to in this subparagraph is entitled to that same hazard pay adjustment. In all other hazardous work situations, the amount of such adjustment shall be the subject of individual negotiations.
