Head Lease Term. The term of this Head Lease shall commence on the Closing Date and shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on October 2, 2074 (the “Head Lease Term”), subject to earlier termination pursuant to the express terms hereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Section 3.1, in no event shall the Head Lease Term terminate so long as the Head Lessee’s interest under this Head Lease shall be subject to the Lien of the Lease Indenture.
