Head Loss. The Mica head loss energy owed by the U.S. is calculated pursuant to Section 13 of Exhibit A to this Agreement, and will be calculated daily. The amount of this total that is owed by each Participant shall be determined daily pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement. The head losses owed by each Party shall be treated as daily adjustments to the Deviation Account of each Party.   • FOOD LOSS To receive coverage for food loss resulting from the failure of the covered refrigerator or freezer, the failure of Your refrigerator or freezer must be due to a defect in the components of the appliance, and not a power failure of any kind. You will be reimbursed up to two hundred dollars ($200) once during the coverage period. To receive payment, You must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator and submit the following: a copy of the repair order, and itemized list of perishable food lost due to the lack of refrigeration, and proof of purchase for the replaced food.

  • DATA LOSS The Company does not accept responsibility for the security of Your account or content. You agree that Your use of the Website or Services is at Your own risk.

  • Risk Allocation The Product is Regulatorily Continuing.

  • Damage and Loss The insurance applies to damage and loss in accordance with sections 5.3.1–5.3.6 below.

  • Damage or Loss 3.1 All laptops and batteries are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects and normal use of the laptop. It does not cover negligence, abuse, malicious or accidental damage.(e.g cracked LCD screens are not covered under warranty)

  • Allocation of Profits and Losses The Company’s profits and losses shall be allocated to the Member.

  • Allocation of Risk Licensee acknowledges and agrees that each provision of this Agreement that provides for a disclaimer of warranties or an exclusion or limitation of damages represents an express allocation of risk, and is part of the consideration of this Agreement.
