uninsured losses means your losses directly arising out of a road traffic collision that are not covered by insurance;

uninsured losses means any Losses of the Authority and Related Organisations against which the Contractor is not required to maintain insurance pursuant to clause 55 (Insurance), including any deductibles and excesses of loss. For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to or limitation of any other liability the Contractor may have under this Contract, clause 54.7.1 (Limitation of Liability) shall not apply in respect of: any liability the Contractor may have in respect of: breach of any obligations as to title implied by Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of the Contractor or any Contractor Related Party; or fraud; or any Service Credit Deductions.
