Head of the Office. ‌ In addition to the privileges and immunities specified in Article 12, the Head of the Office as well as, during his or her absence from duty, the Official of the PCA acting on behalf of the Head of the Office, shall be accorded the privileges and immunities, exemptions and facilities accorded to heads of diplomatic missions, provided they are not Austrian nationals or permanent residents of the Republic of Austria.
