Head Protection. A non-conductive hard hat that meets the requirements of ANSI Z89.1 (Type 1 or 2, Class E or G) shall be worn in all work areas when a potential hazard of head injury exists or can be anticipated, or when required by CCI facility management.

Head Protection. All construction workers shall wear hard hats which meet ANSI Z 89.1-1986, 100% of the time while on the construction site. Hard hats shall display the company decal where the employee works. All delivery personnel, vendors and visitors shall wear approved hard hats while on the project.

Electrical Safety ■ Work on new and existing energized (hot) electrical circuits is prohibited until all power is shut off and grounds are attached.

Head Protection. (Hard Hat or Helmet). Each Resource shall wear head protection, with chinstrap, in accordance with OAR 437‐007‐0305(1) and (2) and shall meet NFPA 1977 standards. ‐ Gloves. Made of heavy‐duty leather or Nomex.
Head Protection. 1) Supervisor issued hard hats shall be worn at all times while on the job site. 2) Hard hats shall not be altered for any purpose such as drilled or punched for ventilation holes, edges trimmed off hats, or the suspension altered. 3) Each employee is responsible for keeping his or her hard hat clean and in good condition. Employees shall notify supervisors when the need arises for a hard hat to be replaced. Employees shall inspect their hard hats daily. No writing on hard hats. 4) Approved hard hats and side shield safety glasses must be worn while wearing a welding hood.
