Headings and Interpretive Issues. The headings preceding the text of the sections and subsections hereof are inserted solely for convenience of reference, and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement or affect its meaning, construction or effect. In the event any ambiguity or question of interpretation or intent arises, this Agreement shall be construed as if drafted jointly by the parties and no presumption or burden of proof shall arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any provisions of this Agreement. For purposes of interpretation or resolving ambiguities, this Agreement, as executed in English, will prevail over any translation. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Service Agreement.
