Headings; Grammatical Usage. The descriptive headings of the several Articles and Sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and do not constitute a part of this Agreement. In construing this Agreement, feminine or neuter pronouns shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa, and plural terms shall be substituted for singular terms and vice versa, in any place in which the context so requires.
