The references herein to Sections, unless otherwise indicated, are references to sections of this Agreement. Whenever the words “include”, “includes”, or “including” are used in this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”. Unless the context requires otherwise, all words used in this Agreement in the singular number shall extend to and include the plural number, all words in the plural number shall extend to and include the singular number, and all words in any gender shall extend to and include all genders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or rule requiring construction against the party drafting or causing this instrument to be drafted.
