Headings; Terms. The section headings contained in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and will not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Defined terms are applicable to both singular and plural forms. All pronouns will be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine or neuter, as the identity of the Person may require. The singular or plural includes the other, as the context requires or permits. The word include (and any variation) is used in an illustrative sense rather than a limiting sense. The word day means a calendar day. All references to "Sections" are to sections of this Agreement unless indicated otherwise.
