Headquarters Area Sample Clauses

The "Headquarters Area" clause defines the specific portion of a leased property that is designated as the tenant's main office or operational center. This clause typically outlines the exact location, size, and boundaries of the headquarters area within a larger building or complex, and may include details about exclusive or shared use of certain facilities. By clearly identifying the headquarters area, the clause helps prevent disputes over space usage and ensures both parties understand which part of the premises is reserved for the tenant's primary business activities.
Headquarters Area. A headquarters area is the community in which the headquarters/work location is situated. Communities which are immediately adjacent will be considered as one (1) headquarters area. All other work locations outside communities shall be considered as separate headquarters areas.
