Healing. (1) To facilitate access to healing programmes, Canada will provide the endowment to the Aboriginal Healing Foundation as set out in Section 3.02 on terms and conditions substantially similar to the draft attached hereto as Schedule βMβ. (2) On or before the expiry of the fourth anniversary of the Implementation Date, Canada will conduct an evaluation of the healing initiatives and programmes undertaken by the Aboriginal Healing Foundation to determine the efficacy of such initiatives and programmes and recommend whether and to what extent funding should continue beyond the five year period.
