Common use of Health and Dental Coverage Clause in Contracts

Health and Dental Coverage. The County/Department and Union agree that this Memorandum of Understanding shall be reopened at the County/Department's request to meet and confer to discuss and mutually agree upon possible changes related to the health and dental plans, benefits and contribution rates for dental coverage effective on or after January 1, 2001 and for health coverage effective on or after February 1, 2001.

The County/Department County and Union Association agree that this Memorandum of Understanding shall be reopened at the County/Department's request to meet and confer to discuss and mutually agree upon possible changes related to the health and dental plans, benefits benefits, and contribution rates for dental coverage effective on or after January 1, 2001 2003 and for health coverage effective on or after February 1, 20012003.
