HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARDS. 25.1. The Contractor shall notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of this Contract. 25.2. The Authority shall notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards of which it is aware and which may exist or arise at the Premises and which may affect the Contractor. The Contractor shall draw these hazards to the attention of its employees and Sub-Contractors or any persons engaged by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract at the Premises. 25.3. The Contractor shall inform all persons engaged in the performance of this Contract at the Premises of all such hazards and shall instruct such persons in connection with any necessary associated safety measures. 25.4. Both parties shall comply with their respective obligations under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.
