Employees hired prior to July 1, 2005 and eligible for health insurance coverage who previously elected to participate in this HCSP will continue with this program with the understanding that payments will not be retroactive prior to 2005 and that there is no re-election of the retiree health insurance program in Appendix B A11.6 in the future.
