Health, Environmental and Safety Requirements. The Consultant’s products, services and facilities shall be in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local health, environmental and safety laws, regulations, standards, codes and ordinances, regardless of whether or not they are referred to by the City. The City shall have the right to inspect operations conducted by the Consultant or subcontractor in the performance of this Agreement.
