Health Guarantee. Puppies are to be in good condition for the first 72 hours after the time the purchaser assumes physical possession of the puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at buyers’ expense within the first 72 hours after the purchaser takes possession of the puppy. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have the severe physical condition known as hip dysplasia by certification by OFA/OVC/FCI/ADRK the puppy/dog is to be returned to the breeder for a replacement out of a future litter, at NO time will money be refunded. Viral, bacterial colds or infections such as Coccidia or Giardia (bloody stools) are a form of worms which are easily treated and are not covered in the health guarantee as they are natural things puppies can pick up. Umbilical Hernias also referred to as “outie” belly buttons are also not covered in the heath guarantee they usually close by themselves if not (your vet can fix it if it does not close when you spay or neuter your pup). Puppies are naturally at risk for coccidia or giardia or worms which is often brought on by the stress of a new home, new food, new people, or just a change in environment. Another thing that may show up when a puppy is taken to a new environment is kennel cough (Bordatella- a raspy cough may be signs of this) which is common when puppies are transported to their new homes and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course and it is NOT life threatening. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough, coccidia, giardia on their own are not life threatening but should be stool and rectal swap checked when you go to your first check up with your pup. All puppies are treated and/or vaccinated for distemper, parvo, coccidia, giardia, and worms before they leave our kennel. However, you need to be aware that these things can arise and that they are usually not serious (even though seeing blood in the stool appears serious) and are easily treated and we will not cover the treatment for them. Buyer(s) agrees to release and hold harmless breeder for any and all liability/damages/settlements/ judgments, or injuries, caused directly or indirectly by the Rottweiler to any person, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether physical, mental, emotional or economic, caused by the Rottweiler, beginning as soon as the pup leaves the breeders property. Xxxxxxx also does not warrant/guarantee (expressed or implied) the future temper...

Usually at the age of 6-8 weeks, depending on the breed, weight of the puppy and how easily it is weaned from the mother. We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. Health Guarantee. The Seller, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, guarantees Your Puppy to be free from infectious diseases for 4 days after the puppy leaves our premises and guarantees the Puppy to be free from genetic problems, including hip dysplasia, deafness, blindness, and heart defects, for up to one year of age. The Puppy comes with a healthy vet check from Seller’s veterinarian given at approximately 6-7 weeks of age. With documentation by veterinarian, that is dated within 4 days of Xxxxx’s receipt of the Puppy, that shows serious untreatable infectious illness or genetic defect which is sufficiently serious in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians, at least one of whom is selected by the Seller, Buyer will be refunded the price of the Puppy or given a replacement Puppy from the Seller’s next available litter. The Puppy will then be surrendered back to the Seller. Transportation costs (if any) will not be refunded and are not included in this guarantee. Expenses of treatment, exams and tests are the financial responsibility of the Buyer. Failure to have the puppy examined by a vet within four days of the date the puppy is picked up by the Buyer, or if Buyer fails to provide required immunizations, treatment, or dewormings, will mean that this health guarantee will be void. Genetic defects are covered by this guarantee for one year, including hips, elbows, eyes, ears, and heart. A written examination from a veterinarian must state that genetic defect exists and be accompanied by x-rays and other testing as appropriate. After we have reviewed the x-rays and tests, we reserve the right to forward the x-rays and tests to our vet for further evaluation before the pup is replaced or refund is given. Should the Puppy exhibit a genetic defect even after proper care and proper nutrition, then the pup will be replaced with a pup of equal or greater value from the next litter or a full refund will be given. The guarantee of the hips and elbows does not cover problems that are environmentally induced. The purchaser should take great care in bringing up the Puppy. The Puppy should not be allowed to jump from heights taller than himself (for example avoid jumping off a tall porch, furniture, or out of a truck), run up and down stairs, do a lot of running and sliding on slick surfaces, or be subjected to strenuous exercise for long periods of time.
