The buyer will be responsible for these charges and in no way is the breeder responsible for payment of this exam or any other medical bills. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic or congenital defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered by this guarantee: umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, cherry eye, undescended testicle, under bite or over bite, grade 1-2 heart murmur, grade 1 or 2 patellas, retained teeth, deafness, and physical flaws. In addition, we make no guarantees on eye color, coat length, mature size, weight, or conformation. After confirmation from seller’s vet as provided to the Flying Folds Cattery in the form of a original detailed autopsy report and a letter written by a licensed veterinarian stating the exact cause of death, and including the seller description of the kitten/cat’s date of birth, name, sex, color and pattern), the Flying Folds Cattery will replace the kitten kitten/cat with one of the equal quality (when available).
3. The Flying Folds Cattery guarantees against genetic defects or congenital disease for one year from the date of birth. Buyer must provide letter from licensed veterinary, stated “I certify, given cat/kitten have congenital disease” the Flying Folds Cattery will replace kitten/cat with one of the equal breed, gender and color, as soon as possible when kitten will be available, from first litter. If Flying Folds Cattery can’t provide kitten with equal quality within 18 month, Flying Folds Cattery will refund purchase price. Some kittens are very rare, for example Lilac Scottish Fold boy with folded ears. Buyer can request another kitten with equal or lesser value upon availability (within one year) price.
4. Warranty does not cover fixable defects with surgery, for example сryptorchidism. Only unfixable defects covered.
5. Shipping price is not refundable. Buyer return cat/kitten at seller’s discretionown cost and pay return shipping if applicable. Flying Folds Cattery sell kitten locally and only help buyer organize shipping. Health Guarantee. We hereby certify 1) Seller warrants that this kitten has been de-wormed, vet checked, properly vaccinated to date, and negative for PKD, FeLV and FIV Kitten is sold in good health at the time Kitten leaves Seller's premises. Seller further warrants that Kitten has undergone a physical examination by Seller's veterinarian prior to Kitten leaving Seller (including, but not limited to, an eye exam, ear exam, auscultation), and that Seller was not aware of leaving our catteryany health issues (including, but not limited to, upper respiratory infections, diarrhea) at the time Kitten leaves Seller's premises.
2) No veterinary or other expense shall be reimbursed by the Seller to the Purchaser under any circumstances.
3) Cats come from disease-free parents, are dewormed, and twice vaccinated against Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Chlamydia and Panleukopenia. If cats need to be shipped, then cats are triple vaccinated with a Rabies vaccination (Rabies only applied on international shipping if required by destination aera bylaw). The buyer may require additional vaccinations, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The vaccination certificate is given to the buyer and contains an indication of the type and dates of the revaccinations.
4) A 7-day viral warranty is offered, the breeder guarantees that the kitten does not have feline AIDS, feline leukemia or any other viral diseases provided that the buyer respects a quarantine at the taking of the so-called kitten for a minimum of 14 days. It is recommended that the cat not be in the company of other animals for 14 days to allow time to adapt to its new environment, to ensure that it has no infectious disease, and not to risk exposing it to an infectious disease of which other animals would be carrying. If the cat is put in the presence of other animals during the so-called quarantine the viral warranty will be immediately cancelled. Change in environment and family is a stressful event for the cat and its immune system is more fragile during the adjustment period.
5) It is recommended to have the cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs of arrival. Purchaser shall provide Seller with proof of the examination upon Seller’s request. Any questionable findings by the veterinarian shall immediately be reported, in writing, to the Seller if the cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value or half the amount (Seller’s choice), as soon as a replacement is available. No cash refunds. The cat/kitten cannot be returned if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIV. There are no guarantees against FIP. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer Purchaser to see that these vaccinations provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. All veterinary expenses and return shipping-related expenses are kept up to date. Buyer understands that the kitten will need boosters responsibility of the initial vaccinations until Purchaser.

8) This health guarantee does not cover hypoglycemiacoccidia outbreaks. When a cat goes into its new home, coccidiosisthis can sometimes result in diarrhea/loose stools a few days after arrival. This is typically caused by the parasite coccidia. This is not a congenital problem and is not covered by our health guarantee. If your Cat has loose stools, giardiawe recommend that your vet prescribe Albon for the Cat. Please follow your vet’s guidelines for dosage.
9) If the kitten dies because of a genetic, herpes, upper respiratory infection, mites, ticks, ringworm, ear Infectionshereditary, or any common treatable ailment once congenital malformation within the 24-month period, the buyer must submit an autopsy report written by a recognized veterinarian confirming the cause of death. In this case a replacement kitten of equivalent quality will be offered to the buyer at the breeder's choice as soon as such a kitten becomes available.
10) A kitten that has been given back because of these warranties cannot be replaced a second time. It is therefore EXCLU of the clauses in the contract. The full report of the veterinarian must be given to the breeder.
11) This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be fertile as an adult. In the unlikely event that this cat/kitten has left not produced viable offspring by the seller’s hands age of 2 years, after being bred to at least 2 or 3 different studs/queens, with proven fertile cats, tests will be done at the expense of the buyer to determine fertility. If testing finds this cat to be sterile, due to these being caused by stress a congenital problem such as malformation or absence of moving or easily picked up during travel after leaving our cattery. The seller guarantees the kitten to be free from life threatening genetic problems for up to one year (12 months) from the kitten’s date of birth. If upon examination by a licensed veterinarian of your choice, this kitten is found to have a life threatening genetic defect, have your veterinarian document this condition with a written, signed statement clearly stating the symptoms, exact problem, severity, and the tests that have been done to document it. The buyer will then notify the seller of the situation within 2 business days. Failure to return the written report within 2 business days invalidates this contract. In addition, we make no guarantees on eye color, coat length, mature size, weight, or conformation. The seller assumes no responsibility of said kitten after the kitten leaves the seller’s premises for medical expenses, disease, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergies, shedding, temperament/personality, size, training, disagreement of the family, or any other reasons not relating to genetics, and no replacement kitten or refunds will be given. Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any veterinarian bills or shipping expenses incurred with the kitten after time of sale. The seller does not guarantee the breeding/reproductive ability or show quality of this kitten. This kitten is purchased as pet quality only. If this kitten is sold to a multi-cat breeder or show home, you must isolate for a period of 21 days in order for this health guarantee to remain valid. The seller expects the buyer to keep sanitary and pleasant living conditions for the kitten including but not limited to: annual checkups for overall health and wellbeing with their veterinarian, unlimited access to fresh clean water changed daily, quality dry and wet age appropriate diet, no outdoors, or isolated unless absolutely necessary for their health and/or safety. Failure to comply will result in all health guarantees in this contract to become void. This health guarantee is not transferable. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to see that these vaccinations are kept up to date. Buyer understands that the kitten will need boosters of the initial vaccinations until the "kitten series" is completed, and then annually thereafter or per vet recommendations. We recommend that the rabies vaccine be given between 6 to 8 months of age and never have multiple vaccines given to your kitten on the same dayarrival. If the kitten is not kept up to date on necessary vaccinations and devet-wormings, this contract is void. Xxxxx agrees that seller has the right to retrieve said kitten if the buyer does not adhere to all provisions of this contract or if the kitten is being neglected or abused. Xxxxx agrees that this kitten is not to be given away, sold or surrendered to a pet quality onlystore, research facility, sanctuary, animal shelter or any other similar institution. If this cat is found abandoned or is rescued, the ownership of this cat will revert back to Spot On Savannah and the buyer has no rights of ownership. Relinquishment of Kitten:
1. If Xxxxx becomes deceased or in any way unable to care for kitten due to medical reasons, and Xxxxx has no trusted family member or other trusted person readily available, capable and desiring to care for Kitten for his/her life or as long as is sold required, Xxxxx agrees that Seller has the option of having Xxxxxx returned to Seller at no charge. In this case, Seller will pay shipping expenses, and ownership of Kitten will revert to Seller. In the alternative, if Seller chooses, Seller can approve a multi-cat breeder or show good loving home, you must isolate or assist Buyer in arranging for a period good loving home for Kitten.
2. Xxxxx agrees that any new owner or caretaker of 21 days in order for Kitten selected by Xxxxx or Xxxxx’s representative must abide by the terms of this health guarantee Agreement. Xxxxx agrees to remain valid. The seller expects the buyer to keep sanitary and pleasant living conditions for the kitten including but not limited to: annual checkups for overall health and wellbeing with their veterinarian, unlimited access to fresh clean water changed daily, quality dry and wet age appropriate diet, no outdoors, or isolated unless absolutely necessary for their health and/or safety.
