Buyer(s) agrees to release and hold harmless breeder for any and all liability/damages/settlements/ judgments, or injuries, caused directly or indirectly by the Rottweiler to any person, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether physical, mental, emotional or economic, caused by the Rottweiler, beginning as soon as the pup leaves the breeders property. Xxxxxxx also does not warrant/guarantee (expressed or implied) the future temperament or personality of said dog. How the new owner chooses to raise this dog will be a major determining factor regarding its temperament and personality and the future of this breed as a whole. You are solely responsible for socializing/training properly, the environment, and other situations that you introduce your dog to voluntarily or involuntarily and how you handle them in those situations as well as letting others treat and handle your dog is YOUR responsibility. And your pup must NEVER be hit/pushed/spanked/ isolated for long periods, or disciplined in a negative, harsh manner, though correction is a must when doing something that is not wanted. Obedience classes are highly recommended with a trainer who knows the breed and a credited trainer. For this reason and should be started after their 15 week shots. (8, 12, 15, 19 wk. and then at 1 yr. should be all they get within the yr. no more!) We have had some vets who are adding on extra shots as they do not think we have given the 8 week shots even though we send PROOF off the bottle that we have given this. This is I feel a money ploy to our customers. And your puppy does not need to be OVER VACCINATING it is NOT healthy!! And can be harmful! If you went to one hospital got your flu vac. would you really want to be given another just because the hospital did not believe you got it there?! If the dog dies within this one-year time frame, the Buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. This guarantee does not cover what in some breeds (Mastiff, Cocker, Pugs) is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.) A puppy with a defect must be returned at Buyers expense or with the prior permission of the seller, coccidiaeuthanized, giardia on their own to qualify for a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or in full, will be given. A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. Puppies are We hereby certify that this kitten has been de-wormed, vet checked, properly vaccinated to be in good condition date, and negative for the first 72 hours after PKD, FeLV and FIV at the time of leaving our cattery. Buyer understands that the kitten will need boosters of the initial vaccinations until the "kitten series" is completed, and then annually thereafter or per vet recommendations. We recommend that the rabies vaccine be given between 6 to 8 months of age and never have multiple vaccines given to your kitten on the same day. If the kitten is not kept up to date on necessary vaccinations and de-wormings, this contract is void. If upon examination by a licensed veterinarian of your choice, this kitten is found to have a life threatening genetic defect, have your veterinarian document this condition with a written, signed statement clearly stating the symptoms, exact problem, severity, and the tests that have been done to document it. The buyer will then notify the seller of the situation within 2 business days. Failure to return the written report within 2 business days invalidates this contract. If, by a licensed veterinarian, the kitten is found to have a life threatening genetic defect the seller will replace the kitten with one of equal or lessor value upon availability (within one year) and may not be from the same parents as the original kitten. Replacement is at the seller’s discretion. The original kitten must be returned to seller along with all original paperwork and registration papers.
