Health Information Systems. 2.8.12.1. The Contractor shall maintain a health information system that collects, analyzes, integrates and reports data. The system shall provide information on areas including, but not limited to: 2.8.12.1.1. Utilization. 2.8.12.1.2. Grievances and appeals. 2.8.12.1.3. Third party liability. 2.8.12.2. The Contractor shall make all collected data available to the Department, the Department’s designee and to CMS upon request. 2.8.12.2.1. DEVLIVERABLE: Health Information Data. 2.8.12.2.2.
